Repairs

Request RMA-number

Before you return an item to  ClassicInternational for repair, you first have to request a RMA-number. RMA means "Return Material Authorization" or approval to send the items to ClassicInternational for repair.

This procedure provides a better registration and organisation of repair shipments. The RMA-number is an unique number and has to be mentiond on the outside of the repair shipment.

Repair shipments

Repairs have to be shipped within 5 working days after receipt of the RMA-number to:

• Please take care of an adequate packing.
• Mention the RMA-number clearly on the outside of the parcel.
• You are responsible for the shipment.

Shipments that:

• are not or insufficiently stamped
• have not been announced and do not have a RMA-number

will NOT be accepted by ClassicInternational.

Indication examination costs repairs

Examination costs have to be paid in advance and will be deducted from repair costs. If, for whatever reason, repair is not useful or not wanted, examination costs will not be refunded.
