How can I order?

We offer the following possibilities to order

Minimum ordering amount 

• If shipping address is inside EU-countries, minimum ordering amount is € 25,00
• If shipping address is outside EU-countries, minimum ordering amount is € 50,00

Mail orders below above amounts cannot be placed. Obviously the minimum amount does not apply if items are collected in one of our branches. 

How do you ship?

We ship on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and use a number of shipping agents, depending on weight, volume, destination and payment method:

• GLS
• TNT Regular Mail
• UPS
• Shipping agent

Usually shipping agents deliver goods on working days between 09.00 and 17.00 hrs. They have their own delivery schedule. At the delivery address someone has to be present from 09.00 until 17.00 hrs. to receive the goods. If you are unable to be at home on working days, the goods can be delivered at an alternative address. Please mention this on the order form.

You have to organise that somebody can accept and sign for delivery of the goods. If nobody is present on delivery, the shipping agent usually will put a card in your letter box with contact details for a new appointment.

Important
We expect your personal signature when accepting the shipment, both at business and private addresses. If you are unable to sign for delivery personally, we cannot be held liable for delivery of the shipment. You are personally responsible for third parties who sign for delivery on your behalf. Goods travel for your account and risk.

How much are the shipping costs?

The total costs of shipping depend on destination, number of boxes, weight, dimensions and payment method. Below you will find a summary. You pay : in advance to our bank account or with Visa/MasterCard

We ship with:

Box length maximum 2,00 m. | Weight: maximum 30 kgs
(you have to sign for receipt)
Boxes longer than 2,00 m and/or heavier than 30 kgs.: on request.

Box length maximum 2,00 m. | Weight: maximum 30 kgs
Boxes longer than 2,00 m and/or heavier than 30 kgs.: on request. 

Destination	Packaging/Insurance/Shipping (mainland) For islands a surcharge will be charged
Netherlands	€  11,00 per box 0-30 kgs + C.O.D. surcharge

Surcharge C.O.D depends on maximum amount to be paid. Surcharge is min. € 4,00. Max. cash amount is € 2.500,00.

Inside Germany we ship with:

  Max. box length 1,20 m.

0-10 kgs	€ 18,50 per box
10-20 kgs	€ 22,00 per box

Maximum cash amount is € 3.500,00.

Box length between 1,40 and 2,75 m.  
Shipping costs depend on weight/volume: On request
For C.O.D. an extra € 15,00 is charged.

Boxes heavier than 30 kgs and/or longer than 2,75 m.: On request | No C.O.D. (cash on delivery) possible.

How can I pay?

Inside The Netherlands/Germany

• In advance
  To one of our bank accounts (after receipt of final E-mail confirmation, including shipping costs and reference no.) 
• C.O.D. (cash on delivery)
  Only parcels with max. length of 2,75 m. (not possible to "P.O. Box"!)
  Surcharge for C.O.D. (additional to shipping costs) :
  GLS : Min. € 4,00, depending on total amount | Max. amount € 2.500 (only The Netherlands)
  DHL : € 6,50 (only Germany)
  UPS : € 15,00
• For credit cards we charge an additional 3% over the total amount to cover the costs the credit card companies charge us.

Outside The Netherlands/Germany

• In advance
  To one of our bank accounts (after receipt of final E-mail confirmation, including shipping
  costs and reference no.)  
• C.O.D. (cash on delivery)
  Not possible
• For credit cards we charge an additional 3% over the total amount to cover the costs the credit card companies charge us.

Do I have to pay V.A.T.?

Consumers
For all shipments to consumers living in one of the EU-countries 19% V.A.T. will be charged.
Only for shipments to consumers outside the EU-countries 19% V.A.T. will be deducted.

EU-countries are : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Companies
Shipments to companies inside EU-countries, 19% V.A.T. will be deducted, only if a valid VAT-ID number has been filled out when ordering. This is your own responsibility. VAT-ID number has to match the exact company name and address as known at the tax authorities in your country. If the VAT-ID number is not mentioned when ordering, we automatically will charge 19% V.A.T. We cannot correct this afterwards. The only possibility to get the V.A.T. reimbursed afterwards is to apply for it at the Dutch tax authorities directly.
